QUEENSRYCHE "Empire" Re-Release, Frontman's Solo Album On The Way

QUEENSRYCHE frontman Geoff Tate and ex-QUEENSRYCHE guitarist Chris DeGarmo came together yesterday to record a lengthy interview for the upcoming DVD/Audio re-release of Empire, which is scheduled to be issued through the EMI label in May/June. The disc will reportedly include a re-mastered version of Empire in Dolby 5.1, all the music videos, the above-mentioned interview with Geoff and Chris and a whole lot more. In other news, Tate is putting the finishing touches on his debut solo effort, which is tentatively due through the Sanctuary/Metal-Is label in early June.
